Since its launch in 2012, the company has expanded to include over 15 products including breads, croissants and cupcakes which are marketed to local supermarkets and restaurants. Prior to securing investment, French Pastry did not have a suitable production facility or the equipment necessary for growing its customer base or meeting the rising market demand.
